Juyondai Yukimegami Extra Junmai Daiginjo, 720ml

With it GI Yamagata ( Geographic Indication), this sake utilities yukimegami rice from Yamagata and polished to 35%.

Yukimegami means “snow goddess”, which is the latest brewery rice given birth in 2015 in Yamagata. The aim is to produce the high-grade ginjo which has cleaner and smoother taste.  It has a charming fresh green melon, soft mochi aroma, thick, highly rich taste and long lasting finish. What is amazing is that there is a clear and fruity fragrance under the concentrated flavor.

 It can be paired with grilled skewers with sauce, hot pot, stewed food or seafood dishes. Salt grilled dishes are also a good choice.
