Placing an order with OMGCHEERS.com is hassle-free and straightforward! To get started, go to the OMG CHEERS homepage and select from our menu.

You can also use filters to search for a specific brand, style, or price range. The Search option at the top of the page. Once you have found your desired item, select your preferred product and start the ordering process by adding it to your cart.

Please note that not all items may be available for delivery to your area. Once your order is complete, click on the shopping cart icon to view your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the checkout process, and click “Place Order” when you’re ready. You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and then you just need to wait for your delivery.

You’ll receive your order confirmation information in your email and once your order begins to ship, we sent you your tracking information. Also, please make sure that someone 21 years or older is available to accept the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping service will attempt delivery three times. If it is still unsuccessful, they may bring it to an access point for pickup or return it to our retail partner. If your order is returned, we can cancel or reship it, but additional fees may apply.

Please note:  If the you are not home and the package needs to be redelivered,  you  will be responsible for paying the reschedule or reshipment fee.

 

Returns

OMG CHEERS has a specific policy regarding returns, which is as follows: returns are not accepted except for the following situations:

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item: If any of the items you ordered are damaged, missing, or different from the ones you ordered, you may be able to return them. It is important to note that the bottles must remain unopened in order to be eligible for a return. While not all of our retail partners can provide return labels, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Once an order is submitted, it is quickly processed and dispatched for delivery. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped or is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled.
