Placing an Order
Ordering from OMGCHEERS.com is simple and hassle-free.

Visit the OMGCHEERS.com homepage and browse our menu.

Use filters to search by brand, style, or price range, or use the search bar at the top of the page.

Select your desired item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart icon.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your order and click “Place Order.”
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking information by email. Please ensure that someone 21 years or older is available to accept the delivery. An ID check and signature are required at the door.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt delivery three times. After three failed attempts, the package may be sent to a local access point for pickup or returned to our retail partner. If returned, we can cancel or reship the order, but additional fees may apply.
If you’re not home and your order needs to be rescheduled or reshipped, you will be responsible for paying any rescheduling or reshipment fees.

Returns & Refunds
OMGCHEERS.com has a strict return policy due to the nature of our products. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The item is damaged upon delivery.

The wrong item was shipped.

An item from your order is missing.
All bottles must remain unopened to be eligible for a return. While not all retail partners provide return labels, we will make every effort to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
Post-Shipment Cancellations or Refund Requests
If a customer decides to cancel or request a refund after a purchase has been made and a shipping label has already been created, the following applies:

We will check the status of the package.

If the order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we will confirm with the customer if they wish to proceed with the return.

If the customer chooses to proceed, we will issue a return shipping label.

Once the product is returned in unopened and undamaged condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost only.

Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
