Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return sealed, unopened spirits in their original condition, you may do so within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method but will only cover the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Wines and Sakes: To maintain the highest quality of our inventory, all sales on wines and sakes are final.

  • Refund Eligibility: Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Age Verification: All returns require valid ID confirming you are 21 years or older.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you received defective wines, spirits, or sakes, you may exchange defective items for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase, provided you present your original receipt.

Please ensure items are stored properly; we reserve the right to refuse exchanges for any items damaged due to improper storage or handling after purchase.


Online Orders

For shipped or delivered items:

  2. Our team will verify your order and provide return instructions.

  3. If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we will confirm if you want to proceed with the return.

  4. If you choose to proceed, we will provide a return shipping label.

  5. Once we receive the product in unopened, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund for the product amount only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are for the product cost only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
