Ruby in color, it presents a deep purple hue. Our Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon boasts aromas of red wild cherry with tobacco notes, followed by dark fruit and spices. The palate is structured yet refined. The density and volume on the midpalate complement the structure, making for a beautifully complex wine. Very long finish.

The fruit for our Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced exclusively from our own vineyards, featuring some of the best sites within the Napa Valley. Harvested from our Spring Mountain, Mt. Veeder and Yountville appellation vineyards, the blended fruit represents the essence of premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
