2024 Aramasa Colors Cosmos 720ml (新政 Colors Cosmos) is a kimoto‑style Junmai Daiginjo brewed in wooden barrels using Akita’s local Kairyoshinkō rice. Pasteurized once, undiluted at 13–14% ABV, it offers elegant aromas of pear, lemon, and subtle oak from barrel aging. On the palate, expect refined fruit sweetness, smooth umami, gentle minerality, and a clean finish. A sophisticated and layered sake, beautifully expressive when served chilled or slightly cool.
