Baldoria Bianco Vermouth

Sweet White Vermouth on a Chardonnay base. Separate macerations of botanicals in a hydro-alcoholic solution (grain-neutral spirit and water) and wine. Natural sugars are diluted in wine solution, followed by blending of the two macerations. Aging in steel tanks followed by light filtration and bottling. Some natural sedimentation is common across varieties. No Flavors, no extracts, no colorants, no clarifying agents, no preservatives.

Floral, exotic, viscous. The Baldoria Vermouth Bianco maintains the base of 4 wormwoods, with the floral flavors coming from the addition of lavender. Sitting on the shelf in between the herbal Baldoria Dry (think sage) and the fresh baking spice flavor of the Baldoria Rosso (think cinnamon), the Bianco bridges the two being white and herbal like the Dry and sweet and spiced like the Rosso.
