This artisanal spirit is produced by mezcaleros Pedro Mateo and Mijail Zarate, who employ traditional methods to create a mezcal with a harmonious blend of bold, zesty-savory notes and subtle floral and mineral undertones. The aroma features honey and floral notes with a zesty zing, while the palate offers a balance of bold, zesty-savory flavors complemented by floral and mineral nuances. A ribbon of smoke ties it all together, leading into a smooth finish
