JCB Caviar Vodka is a premium spirit crafted by Jean-Charles Boisset, renowned for his innovative approach to winemaking and distillation. This vodka is produced in France's Burgundy region using sustainably grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Côte-d’Or. The grapes are hand-selected, fermented, and aged individually in oak barrels for six months before blending. The blend undergoes a meticulous distillation process: once in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by four filtrations, ensuring exceptional purity and smoothness.
