Jikon Yamada Nishiki 720ml (而今 山田錦) is a refined Junmai Ginjo sake from Kiyasho Shuzo in Mie Prefecture. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, it offers lush aromas of melon and flowers, complemented by ripe fruit flavors and a refreshing acidity. With an ABV of 16%, this sake delivers a clean, smooth finish, making it an excellent choice for pairing with seafood, light dishes, or enjoying on its own.
