The Juyondai label, produced by Takagi Shuzo brewery, has earned itself a cult status amongst saké aficionados. Takagi Shuzo was originally founded in 1615 in the northern Japanese Yamagata Prefecture. The Juyondai brand was born through more recent experimentation producing dramatic and bold sakés.

This label's legendary reputation is well deserved and reflected in Takagi Shuzo’s focus on brewing premium, pure rice saké, featuring the Yamada Nishiki rice which is milled to impressively small sizes.
