Distilled in Dijon by Maison Gabriel Boudier, this heady and versatile uses pandan sourced from Thailand. Its aromas of vanilla, biscuits, butter, and grass add great depth to any number of cocktails, tropical or not. This is the product of pandan evangelist and bartender Nico de Soto.

Nose: Fresh, green aroma with hints of vanilla and coconut. Buttery notes reminiscent of warm shortbread cookies. Subtle grassy undertones with a touch of almond.

Palate: Smooth and creamy texture. Initial sweetness balanced by herbaceous pandan flavor. Tastes of vanilla custard and toasted rice. Mild nuttiness with a slight tropical fruit character.

Finish: Long-lasting and warming. Lingering notes of sweet grass and butter cookies. Gentle spice reminiscent of nutmeg. Leaves a pleasant, aromatic aftertaste that invites another sip.
