Schlink Haus Riesling Auslese White Wine 750ML
Auslese meaning “select harvest”, is even sweeter than it's predecessor. The grapes are hand-selected and have noble rot. The nose is a touch earthy on this feather-light auslese, but the palate is chock full of juicy pomelo and lime flavors. It's a straightforward, richly honeyed wine glazed by a hint of caramelized sugar and a lacy, sugared fringe on the finish. -Producer
