Soto has an elegant aroma and a smooth taste of fresh apple, cucumber and hint of lime zest, with a medium dry finish. Soto means ‘OUTSIDE’ in Japanese and the name is a celebration of the earth’s purest elements – the finely polished rice and pristine mountain water.
