Influences of the chilled wind from the North Sea mix with the desert heat of Mexico in this double-distilled rye whisky aged in mezcal casks.
At its heart, Bastard is our signature Rye whisky. After the initial maturation in American virgin oak barrels, we finish the whisky in Mexican mezcal casks for over 6 months.
The result is an elegant whisky with a gentle spiciness and exotic aftertaste.
